Terms and Conditions
“The buyer” is you, the purchaser of a digital product, webinar, skill building group or monthly support group. Products are delivered on demand and ‘live online’.

Cancellation Policy For Webinars (Live & Recorded):
Tickets for Webinars (Live and Recorded) are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds are available for online events or products. Purchase of both products and online events includes downloadables and replays. No refunds are available if the buyer changes their mind about their purchase.
Cancellations Policy for Monthly Support Groups (live):
Tickets for Monthly Support Groups are non-refundable and non-transferable. At Supported Families sole discretion the ticket may be transferred to a future monthly support group.
Cancellations Policy for Skill Building Groups (live and recorded)
Refunds, less a 25% administration fee, will be made if cancellations for a live or recorded skill building group are received by email at least four weeks before the Skill Building Group commences. Unfortunately, any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note, a refund for failure to attend cannot be made but your fee, minus a €50 administration fee, can be transferred to another of our trainings, webinars or workshops. One transfer per ticket is permitted.
Cancellations Policy for Training Events (live)
Refunds, less a 25% administration fee, will be made if cancellations for an in-person training event are received by email at least eight weeks before the training.
Unfortunately, any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note, a refund for failure to attend cannot be made but you can transfer your training fee, minus a €100 administration fee, to another of our training, webinars or workshops. One transfer per ticket is permitted.
Webinar/Skill Building Group or Monthly Support Group cancelled by Supported Families In the unlikely event of a live webinar being cancelled for any extraordinary reasons, including but not limited to:
- Illness of the speaker
- Internet connectivity issue
- Death of the speaker
Supported Families will reschedule the webinar to another date or share the relevant content in an alternative format, at the discretion of Supported Families and the speaker.
In-person Events cancelled by Supported Families
In the unlikely event of a training event being cancelled for any extraordinary reasons, including but not limited to:
- Illness of the speaker.
- Unavoidable travel delay of the speaker.
- Damage.
- “Act of God”
- Death of the speaker.
- Public Health Emergency.
Supported Families will refund the ticket cost minus an administration fee/service fee to a maximum of €50.00. Supported Families accept no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of the seminar being cancelled.
In-person Events rescheduled by Supported Families
In the unlikely event of a training event being rescheduled for any extraordinary reasons, including but not limited to:
- Illness of the speaker
- Unavoidable travel delay of the speaker
- Damage
- “Act of God”
- Public Health Emergency
Supported Families will transfer your full ticket payment to the rescheduled event. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, Supported Families will issue a credit note, allowing you to attend an alternative event within the following 18 months. Supported Families accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc., in the unlikely event of this happening.
Change of venue policy
Supported Families also reserves the right to change the venue of a training event at any time 30 days before the event. Supported Families accepts no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you, e.g., travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc., in the unlikely event of this happening.
Training/Skill Building Group/Monthly Support Group/webinar content policy
We can accept no responsibility for the views expressed, the content, advice or contributions made by any person attending, which are all the views of the individuals concerned. This is not therapeutic advice or support; it is an educational forum for parents, partners and family members. We can take no responsibility for the attendance or participation of any person not qualified or for the use, misuse or misunderstanding of any information or view given.
Marketing:
Supported Families retains all copyright licence rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way.
Law:
This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any conflict between the terms and conditions of the contract and the law of the Republic of Ireland, then the law of the Republic of Ireland shall prevail.
